Comment: We need to attend to student wellbeing
Comment: Any campus core needs to address career needs.
Comment: An opportunity for freshman exploration is needed.
Comment: Employers to not want highly specialized people. They want students with good writing and communication skills.
Comment: We should read out to recent alums. What do they now think they missed here?
Q: Are we reaching out to employers?
- We have not and welcome suggestions on how to do that.
Comment: We need to strengthen career development by embedding it in everything the students do.
Comment. We need more experiential learning—internships, study abroad, research opportunities.
Comment: We need measures of the community impact of our students—through internships, volunteering and so on.
