Project Description
The student will use AWR, python, and GitHub to simulate superconducting microwave resonator transmission behavior and optimize python analysis code to improve accuracy and reproducibility of quality factor extraction with a variety of levels of applied noise. The student will learn how these measurements impact our understanding of coherence in superconducting qubits.
Special Requirement
Knowledge of python and GitHub required. Understanding of microwave circuits and resonator behavior an asset.
