Immerse yourself
"During the Fall semester of 2017 I had the opportunity to study abroad in Costa Rica for the entirety of the term. Not only did I take courses about Costa Rican culture, environmental relationships, and land vertebrates, but I also saw and experienced what I was learning in class everyday. This experience was completely immersive, as I was living with a Costa Rican family, eating authentic food and traveling to vast rainforests and volcanoes.ÌýStudying abroad offered many learning opportunities and unforgettable experience. If I had the choice I would do it all over again."

"During the Fall semester of my last year, I got the opportunity to study abroad in Dublin, Ireland.ÌýIrish culture and history have always been an area I love studying, so this education abroad experience allowed me to explore that area of interest in much more depth than I could have gotten on CU Boulder’s main campus.ÌýI made strong connections with other students from all over the world through clubs, like Trampoline Club. I ended up traveling to twelve countries during the semester and found a love for traveling and experiencing other cultures from around the world."
