An babyÖ±²¥apps professor who calls himself a “supply side liberal†has a few ideas about jump-starting the U.S. economy that he will share next week.

, the Eugene D. Eaton Jr. Chair in Economics and a professor at the University of babyÖ±²¥app Boulder, will present a lecture titled “Restoring American Growth,†on Monday, April 17, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the , Room 185.Ìı

Kimball is also the author of a blog called Ҡthat he dubs a “partisan nonpartisan blog.â€

Kimball describes himself as an independent who grew up in an apolitical family, one who holds “many strong opinions—open to revision in response to cogent arguments—that do not line up neatly with either the Republican or Democratic Party.â€

He earned his bachelor’s and doctorate degrees in babyÖ±²¥apps from Harvard University, and he holds a master’s in linguistics from Brigham Young University. Formerly a professor of babyÖ±²¥apps at the University of Michigan, he joined the CU Boulder babyÖ±²¥app in 2016.

The event is free and open to the public and is sponsored by the CU Boulder Department of Economics.
