      1. Nepalese Student Association “NSA Talent Show,” November 19th 5:00-8:00 PM

          1. Going the reimbursement route for some reason 

          2. Marketing was updated 

            1. Added ‘Multicultural Talent show” 

            2. Logos are a WIP 

          3. Only have up to 30 days after the event to ask for reimbursements

          4. Spending $$ is as easy as submitting a “Create Reconciliation” on BuffConnect

      2. UMAS y MECHA “Dia de los Muertos,” November 2nd 6:00-8:00 PM Kitt Multipurpose Room

            2. No posters printed or digital in the UMC - big issue to fix for the future 

            3. Survey results for advertising:

            1. Contacted their Mariachi band too late

            2. Event did not start at at 6:00

              1. Actually started at 6:45

            3. Turnout was mainly MGC

              1. Took attendance but only for MGC members

            1. All the content was cultural 

            2. The actual event was super lively and the end was heartwarming and heartbreaking all at the same time

              1. Work on advertising to people outside of the know

              2. Communicate with people who are there early

              3. Track attendance for everyone

              4. Need a little bit more guidance to make sure that their events are smooth

              1. Liaisons should let them know about social media and filming people

      3. Latinx Law Student Association “Dia De Los Muertos Celebration,” November 1st (6:00 PM-8:00 PM) & November 2nd (9:00 AM-12:00 PM)

          1. Advertising

            1. Would highly recommend postering outside of the law school and more on main campus

            2. Not a lot of advertising

            3. No postering on main 

            4. Advertised through CISC newsletter

          2. Logistics

            1. Mostly Law students and Community

              1. Only undergraduates were CEB

            2. Dancers got COVID

              1. They found other dancers within an hour

            3. Food and Drink logistics were very efficient 

              1. They were carding as well

              1. Signage would have been very helpful

            1. Very well organized despite the weird space

            1. Better space choice for their dancers

            2. Maybe consider a more traditional event space

            3. Why did they have to switch food vendors? - Not a bad thing but just something to note

        1. At retreat we mentioned that this could be a multi-topic event

          1. Day 1 could be focused on sustainability - potential CWA B. N. collab

          2. Day 2 could be the fashion show that ties in multiple different topics including

            1. Colorism - potential to bring a fashion designer who focuses on this (A. K.)

            2. Fast fashion

              1. For both of these ideas we could invite and collaborate with multiple RSOs

                1. SASA, NSA, MGC, etc.

              2. Good opportunity to ensure that we don’t have to represent other cultures - they can represent themselves as they see best!

            3. Ethics of fashion 

              1. Global Organic Textile Standard

              2. Fair Trade Factories

        2. Would rather have event in April with different venue than in March
