          1. Ask org to check if it’s possible to not pay taxes on the food and other supplies - tax 1 exists on food and tax 1 and 2 exist on the plates/napkins/linens/etc.

          2. Let them know they can ask the orgs participating in the booths that they can request money from other funding boards to fund booth-specific prizes, decorations, etc

          3. Ask for additional info on performers ( no impact on funding)

      1. “NSA Talent Show,” November 19th 5:00-8:00 PM, Glenn Miller Ballroom

          1. They tabled!

          3. UMC posters, not as many across campus 

        3. Logistics

          1. Started about 20 minutes late 

          2. Good turn out

            1. Not enough chairs/tables

              1. Maybe more people show up then planning on it

          3. Mics were acting up a little bit

          4. Ended at 7:30 instead of 8 PM

          1. The MCs did a really, really great job

          2. Good variety in their performances

            1. Maybe represent more of the countries around Nepal 

          3. Got to see performances twice because of ISA lol

          4. Very curious audience member

          1.  Glenn Miller Step is going to kill someone 

          2. Let us know if there’re timing changes

            1. Overall communication needs to be better

          3. Did you get your reimbursements in?

          4. Performances on stage can be hard to see

      2. “Diwali,” November 19th 4:00-9:00 PM, Lower Rec Center

          1. Did see ads in the Rec center, so it was probably in UMC

          3. Documenting what was happening at the event

          1. All of them were grad students

          2. At least 400 attended 

          3. Started 30 minutes late

            1. People didn’t show up until 5 PM or later 

          4. Ended exactly on time

          5. Ran out of food…

            1. Ran out of most dishes 

            2. The allotment of food was weird 

            3. Need to talk to vender about how much they were given

          6. Organization of the food was not good

            1. Performers were the same at both events and running between them 

              1. Shouldn’t be an issue if they do the funding request on time next year

          9. Better utilization of the space with decorations

          1. Date didn’t line up with holiday

          2. None of the events are for the majority of people 

            1. The event was not the most accessible to people who are not Desi

              1. For people who are not already knowledgeable about Indian culture, it would seem kinda just like a party

          3. The DJ sucked
