        1. Motion to approve the announcement video.

        1. Students: $25 pre sale (before April 21st); $35 day of

        2. Non-students: $50

        3. Up to $24,000 goes to PC, after $24,000 in revenue goes to CEB 

      2. Vendors

        1. Selling things requires approval

          1. Just giving away is fine

          2. Will ask for a list from them ASAP and we can approve

          3. No food/outside catering or exchange of cash on site

      3. RSOs

        1. No specific reason to bring in RSOs?

          1. Who do we bring and how do we avoid issues

        2. So what I’m hearing is no RSOs

      4. Working with RAP Lab/CAAAS

        1. Have them table and potentially do a ~15 min presentation between N and C

      1. Also received their earlier today

        1. I’ve translated the slides, but not the videos

      2. What shall we do about the overspending in line item(s) now that their event is over?

        1. Originally approved for $1,597.87 for food and $684.35 for room reservation 

        2. Actually spent $1,745.65 for food and $526.44 for room reservation

        3. Still underspent in total, but never asked for a reallocation

          1. Reallocating $147.78 from “Venue” towards “Food” - approved by Teagan

    1. Fifth Funding Cycle 

      1. TEDxCU “Serendipity,” April 7th, 6:00-10:00 PM, Macky

        1. Apoorva and Michelle 

        2. Updates:

          1. Did we email TedXCU about their advertising and let them know they need the full ASL logo?

            1. Yes, said they would send an updated one later today

            2. Response about ticketing

              1. Question has been brought up a few times to past CEB boards 

              2. Money from ticketing at our main event goes to pay for all of our other expenses the following year

                1. Food, website, workshops, gifts, merch

            3. Want to do some advertising with CEB

            4. CEB needs to reserve tickets as well so we can go to the event. 

          2. If they were to charge:

            1. Because they funded a single line item that totals $10k or more, then the event is considered a collaboration & CEB is entitled to the profits (up until how much the event was funded so $20k+) 

            2. RSOs are not allowed to fundraise for themselves at CEB sponsored events 

            3. Student tickets need to be prioritized and that is not shown on the eventbrite and/or the Board does not know what this breakdown is allocated for on the event brite

            4. Just because they “have done this in the past” does not mean that it should surpass right now
