Andrew Weltin

Andrew Weltin is a senior at the University of babyÖ±²¥app Boulder. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, with a focus on sustainability and natural resources. He is also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in evolutionary biology/ecology, with a focus in restoration ecology. He obtained a minor in geography, as well, with a primary interest in biogeography. Andrew was born in Germany and grew up in Minnesota. His interests include anything outdoors, such as hiking, snowboarding, fishing etc., and he has been a musician for more than 10 years. He also enjoys sports, primarily football, hockey and soccer. In the future, Andrew hopes to work in sustainability and environmental planning within the field of environmental design. He is also interested in ecology-based field work and restoration, with a focus on returning natural landscapes to their historical context and ecological health/function.
