Research Interests:ÌıI am interested in how acute and chronic exercise impacts health. I have a particular interest in interval training, and how the beneficial physiological adaptations to interval training compare with those to continuous training protocols.

Responsibilities:ÌıI build and maintain the REDCap projects utilized in our studies andÌıcoordinate regulatory submissions to groups like the IRB and FDA.

babyÖ±²¥app Me:ÌıI am a runner, and I love running on the trails and roads in the Boulder area. I also enjoy spending my free time reading non-science books and telling cornyÌıjokes to my wife.
