Mortenson Center in Global Engineering & Resilience | Climate Innovation Collaboratory

Kat Demaree is an environmental engineer with a passion for climate technology and baby直播app鈥檚 natural resources. In her current role as the project manager of the Climate Innovation Collaboratory, Kat utilizes an interdisciplinary background and skillset to coordinate both domestic and international research efforts. She assists in team leadership in coordination on multiple projects coming out of the Mortenson Center and recently completed a statewide report profiling data gaps in baby直播app water management strategies and emerging technologies addressing these gaps.

In May 2022, Kat graduated with her MS in Environmental Engineering is currently working towards her PhD. Kat completed her BS in Chemistry at the University of Central Arkansas where she graduated with honors for her undergraduate research in inorganic chemistry, specifically her thesis work on iron heteroscorpionate complexes.
