Center for Teaching & Learning

The Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) supports CU’s community of educators through freeÌýconsultations,Ìýteaching resources, programs,Ìýseminars, workshops, and other events!

Our workÌýaims to cultivate attitudes toward teaching that are open, curious, and innovative. As a Center, we invite educators to an open, common space where all are welcome to explore teaching practices, pose questions, have brave conversations, take creative risks, and embrace intellectual humility.

Each month we publishÌýa newsletter that includes timely teaching strategies and resources, centerÌýupdates, and upcoming events of interest to the campus teaching community.

CTL & ASSETT: Our Partnership

Previously separate entities, CTL (Center for Teaching & Learning) and ASSETT (Arts & Sciences Support of Education Through Technology) have been collaborating closely since 2021. We share office space, coordinate on projects, hold joint meetings, and distribute a unified newsletter. While ASSETT focuses on supporting the College of Arts & Sciences, the CTL is dedicated to serving the entire CU Boulder campus.

Distinct missions, united commitment—all in support of teaching and learning excellence.
