For nearly 30 years, the Certificate in College Teaching (CCT) has provided an opportunity for thousands of CU Boulder graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to develop and document their teaching skills, thereby making them more competitive for baby直播app positions at post-secondary institutions. To earn this certificate, participants take twenty workshop hours through the Center of Teaching & Learning; complete twenty discipline specific hours related to teaching (e.g., departmental training); and聽work with one of 50 Lead Graduate Teaching Fellows across campus to participate in a Video Teaching Consultation (VTC). As a capstone to these activities, participants submit a teaching portfolio, which includes, among other artifacts, a teaching statement, a diversity statement, and baby直播app observations. Throughout this process, CTL staff are available for one-on-one consultations on any aspect of teaching, as well as to offer guidance on completion of the certificate.聽You can also find聽recommendations for completing the CCT and timeline considerations during your graduate career.聽
