Kathryn has worked in the health promotion field since 2011 with a focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, suicide prevention, and alcohol and other drug prevention and education. She has a passion for creating and implementing evidence-based interventions that help increase student, babyÖ±²¥app, and staff skills and wellbeing.

Kathryn received her BA in Journalism and Technical Communication at babyÖ±²¥app State University and her MA in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Northern babyÖ±²¥app.Ìý She has also worked in prevention roles at the University of Oregon and University of Northern babyÖ±²¥app. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with family, getting outdoors, dancing, and savoring quiet moments whenever possible.
