AMPLIFY Podcast: The October 24 Public Achievement Edition

Tune into @KGNU next Weds morning, 10/24 at 9am to hear CU Boulder Public Achievement director Charla Agnoletti, Centaurus H.S. senior Jessica Valle and CU Boulder student Cam Perdido discuss youth-to-youth leadership development work happening at middle school, high school and college levels.

The October 24 edition of AMPLIFY features guests and stories from CU Boulder's Public Achievement program. The discussion features the ways youth are working together towards addressing public issues in their schools and communities.

Joining AMPLIFY host Jennifer Ciplet on October's show are guests Charla Agnoletti, Public Achievement Director at CU Boulder; Jessica Valle, a Centaurus high school senior who is active in the AVID program, and Cam Perdido, a CU Boulder third year student who is working as the site lead for Casey Middle School.

At CU Boulder, undergraduates serve as PA coaches alongside K-12 students in Boulder and Lafayette. Together college, high school and middle school youth research and develop plans to address social injustices that exist in their everyday communities. Public achievement is youth-led civic engagement that promotes student voice and transformative change for individuals, schools and communities.
