- PhD students must聽submit the dissertation聽with Thesis Approval Form by this deadline. The dissertation must be聽聽for review and approval by Graduate School staff by the end of the business day. The聽Thesis Approval Form聽(TAF) must be uploaded as a supplemental file with the dissertation in order for the submission to be complete.聽Students whose dissertations聽are received after this deadline, or those not submitted with the TAF,聽must apply to graduate at the following semester's聽commencement.

- Grade changes for doctoral students must be聽submitted for incomplete courses taken during previous or current semesters.
