Graduate students are required to maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA in all work attempted while enrolled in the Graduate School, and must also meet all program-specific requirements. The Graduate School may request that a student complete an Academic Recovery Plan (ARP) for two reasons.
The cumulative GPA is well below the minimum standard (2.5 or lower) or the conditions of a previous academic warning period were not met.
Ìı Ìı 2.ÌıUnsatisfactory Progress Report
A progress report has indicated that a student is not making adequate academic progress related to program-specific requirements.
In both cases, students must work closely with their babyÖ±²¥app advisor (and in some cases the Director of Graduate Studies) to create a recovery and support plan by which they can return to good academic standing.ÌıAdditional information regarding academic standing can be found in theÌıGraduate School Rules.
Students will need to provide the following information to proceed:
You will receive notification upon submission, and the academic recovery plan will be routed to your babyÖ±²¥app advisor and graduate director for endorsement, using the e-mail addresses provided.ÌıYour graduate program assistant will receive a copy.ÌıAfter review by the Graduate School, the student and program will receive notification.
