On a snowy Tuesday April 4, 2023, over 30 IAFS students and alumni gathered in the CU Boulder Chancellor's Hall for networking and the opportunity to hear from former Ambassador Daniel Smith聽(HIST '77). The event began with time for students and alumni to mingle, network, and get to know each other better.聽After an introduction by IAFS Advisory Board President Alex Becker聽(IAFS & GRMN '06), Smith shared about his journey from an undergraduate student at CU Boulder to his retirement from the Foreign Service with the highest rank of Career Ambassador.
