The Program in Jewish Studies is an academic, degree-granting program at the University of babyÖ±²¥app Boulder. Open to students of all backgrounds, Jewish and non-Jewish, PJS’s mission is to provide students with an outstanding, interdisciplinary, liberal arts education in Jewish history, literature, language, and culture.

The Program in Jewish Studies is seeking a PhD or ABD who can serve as a Lecturer and teach three classes in Spring 2018. Candidate may teach one or all of the classes ($4,500 per class).

Spring classes include:
· Introduction to Jewish Culture
· Contemporary Jewish Societies
· A course of the instructor’s choice in line with Jewish Studies’ curricular needs, with a preference for a course on Israel/Palestine.

Duties include:
· Developing and teaching three courses (with the aid of sample syllabi)
· Evaluating students and submitting grades.

Salary set by University: $4500 per class for a total of $13,500.
