Pendar was graduated from Stanford University, during Charles' transition to CU. After he graduated, he worked as a Process Engineer at Applied Materials for 3 years. He then accepted a position as a Senior Process Engineer at Lam Research. He has been there ever since, holding various other positions. He currently holds a position as a Senior Staff Technical Lead.
