Nick is a PhD student currently investigating wave propagation in aperiodic and non-Euclidean media with a focus on networks and lattice structures. Previously, he obtained his BA in physics at Williams college, where he developed a 3D microscope for high speed dynamic mechanics, investigated geopolymer rheology, and studied phase transitions in colloidal crystals.
