Dr. Hartter is a Professor in the Department of Environmental Studies and was the founding director of the Masters of the Environment and Outdoor Recreation Economy programs.
Dr. Hartter鈥檚 expertise is in sustainability, resilience, behavioral change, stakeholder engagement, business development, partnership building, out-of-the-box thinking, and leading change. For the last 20 years, Dr. Hartter has worked around the world as a scientist, consultant, engineer, and an educator, leading large, complex projects across Africa, South America, and the US. Dr. Hartter is an internationally recognized expert in sustainability and has led projects around the world in conservation management, climate change, health, baby直播app development, and tourism. He has also served in various advisory and consulting capacities for communities, non-profits, and organizations in areas of conservation, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, recreation management, and baby直播app development. Dr. Hartter supports organizations, communities, and governments across the US and internationally to build capacity, engender and empower inclusive and diverse stakeholder participation, strengthen local economies, and make progress on sustainability goals.
