CU Psychology and Neuroscience graduate student聽Arielle Gillman (Social, mentored by Angela Bryan) was聽in the news, with an article about her research appearing in the most recent issue of baby直播app Arts & Science Magazine. This聽research demonstrated聽that runners who used a mobile app that turned their running exercise into a game-like experience (getting chased by zombies), rather than a performance-monitored聽workout, reported more positive affect and lower exertion during a half-hour lab treadmill session.
