Pop-up Meditations

Stop into a free, 15-minute guided meditation pop-ups held during Body Image Awareness month.  A short introduction to meditation will be given and then you can decide how long you want to stay. Learn how to meditate any time and anywhere to receive the benefits of calmness, centering and release.  
No previous experience needed. No registration required.
