To provide the CU Boulder community opportunities while away from campus, Recreation Services is offering a number of virtual activities. Options include live fitness classes you can participate in from home, recorded classes that accommodate your schedule, engaging intramural activities, virtual team building, and more.

Live Virtual Outdoor Program presentations and Live Fitness Classes are available to anyone with an identikey. Our Fitness Class Library, 10k Training Program, and our and are available to all of the CU community.

From the comfort of your home, join FitWell in positive intention meditation, live or pre-recorded fitness classes, or a short stretch break to keep yourself moving throughout the day.

Virtual Outdoor Program is offering resources, blogs from student ambassadors, and live virtual events.

Our virtual personal training is here to help you stay consistent with your workouts, whether you鈥檙e at home or on campus this semester. 

Work on team building with the Virtual Challenge Course! This new program is designed and operated by experienced facilitators who can help enhance group connection, communication, focus, or structure for stress.
