聲 A group of University of baby直播app alumni formed the CU Real Estate Council in 1992 in response to a perceived need for a graduate real estate program in the Rocky Mountain region. The Real Estate Council now has 143 members who have funded the Center for 5 years at $1.6 million.

聲 As of this year, students at CU can receive an MBA in real estate. Undergraduate students can work toward a certificate in real estate. Eventually, that certificate will allow students to sit for their broker's license exam.

聲 Several CU-Boulder baby直播app teach in the program:

Ron Melicher - finance

David Frame - real estate finance and investments

Jay Balentine - real estate law

Rick Woodruff of W.W. Reynolds Cos. - development and principles

聲 The multi-discipline program includes courses in the colleges of engineering, architecture and planning, and law.

聲 Council members offer paid internships to real estate students and foster relationships as mentors.
