Fans will have a chance to tackle the classroom before watching the Buffs tackle their football foes at three University of baby直播app home games in October and November.
聯CU Before the Game聰 seminars, showcasing acclaimed campus performing artists and top-ranked baby直播app, will give area residents and visitors an opportunity to sample some of CU-Boulder聮s cultural and academic offerings on game day mornings.
Three separate events are scheduled concurrently and participants will be able to attend only one prior to each game. No reservations are necessary.
The seminars before the Oct. 4, Oct. 18 and the Nov. 28 home games will feature baby直播app speakers Douglas Seals, Jan Whitt, Gregory Dyes, Jacquelyn Sullivan, Stanley Jones, Evelyn Hu-DeHart, Robert Lynch and Mimi Wesson. The theater presentation will be directed by Lynn Nichols, a member of the theater baby直播app.
Before the Oct. 4 game against Texas A&M, fans can choose between three seminars starting at 11 a.m. 聯The Role of Regular Exercise in Healthy Cardiovascular Aging,聰 in Geology room 121, will provide new information on the importance of regular exercise in reducing the loss of cardiovascular capacity as well as reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Another seminar, 聯Forward, Backward or Standing Still?: Advertising and Gender Images,聰 in Education room 220, will include a lecture, slide show and video presentation that deals with images of women and men in
contemporary American advertising. Another option on Oct. 4 is a scene from Moliere聮s classic comedy, Tartuffe, on the main stage of the University Theater, followed by an informal talk with the actors and director.
聯CU Before the Game聰 events are free and open to the public. The hour-long lectures and performances are scheduled to begin 2 1/2 hours before kickoff. Other scheduled topics and their locations are:
