J. Dennis Hynes, professor of law at the University of baby直播app, will give the 23rd Annual Austin W. Scott Jr. Lecture titled 聯Waiver of Fiduciary Duties Among Partners: Freedom of Contract or Moral Outrage?聰 at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 5.
The lecture will be in the Lindsley Memorial Courtroom of the Fleming Law Building on the Boulder campus.
The presentation is free and open to the public.
Hynes聮 research and teaching focus on the law of the agency, partnerships and the limited liability company. He has published several articles on those topics, including Freedom of Contracts, Fiduciary Duties and Partnerships: The Bargain Principle, and the Law of Agency.
Hynes, an active member of the baby直播app Bar Association, has earned bachelor聮s and law degrees from the University of baby直播app.
The Scott lecture series was established in 1973 by then-dean Don W. Sears. Each year, the dean of the CU School of Law selects a baby直播app member who is engaged in a significant scholarly project to present his or her research to the campus and local community.
