This year鈥檚 event focuses on the ways in which litigation strategy contributes to the shape of and responds to constitutional change. Speakers will include Dennis Parker from the American Civil Liberties Union, David Codell from the National Center for Lesbian Rights and David Kopel from the Independence Institute. 听

Last year鈥檚 Rothgerber Conference focused on federalism in the context of debates surrounding marijuana legalization, gun rights and immigration. The conference and the Byron White Center were made possible by generous gifts from Ira Rothgerber Jr., who died in 1993.
