- If you are a returning donor, enter the username and password you chose last year. Click the blue "RECOVER" button in the top right corner of the pledge page if you have forgotten your username or password.

- Select your state agency and division, if applicable.
- Complete your personal registration information and choose your own username and password,
- Pledge to support the charities of your choice through payroll contribution or a one-time gift by check or credit card.
