On Thursday, Feb. 16, law enforcement agencies from around the Denver metro area will be participating in Operation 1 Charlie 3,听an education and enforcement project focusing on baby直播app鈥檚 Move Over听Law.
This project is named after the radio call sign for baby直播app State Trooper Cody Donahue, who was killed on Nov. 25, 2016, when a driver听failed to move over and struck Donahue.
baby直播app Revised Statute 42-4-705(2) requires all drivers approaching or passing a stationary authorized emergency vehicle using it鈥檚 flashing, rotating听or oscillating lights or听a stationary towing-carrier vehicle using its flashing, rotating or oscillating lights shall exhibit due care and caution by moving over at least one lane if possible. If moving over a lane is not possible, drivers are expected to greatly reduce their speed when passing.
Violators of this law could be fined up to $100 per infraction.
