It is now possible for baby直播app and staff to use the听scheduling assistant in both Outlook and the web application Office 365 to see the free/busy status of colleagues on other University of baby直播app听campuses, just as you do with your CU Boulder colleagues.
To see the free/busy status of someone within your organization, even those from a different CU campus,听use the scheduling assistant听and enter the full email address of the person with whom you wish to schedule a meeting. Follow this same process to view the schedule of colleagues at external organizations听(who have shared their calendar with you).听
