On May 23,Ìýthe babyÖ±²¥app Department of Personnel & Administration (DPA), Division of Human Resources (DHR), issued theÌýannual rate increases and pay plan memorandum for fiscal year 2017-18. Merit increases are applied based on the employee's 2016-17 performance rating and salary location in the pay range as noted in the matrix below.
