Now wrapping up its sixth year, the ISMP is designed to provide Infrastructure and Sustainability staff with an opportunity for both professional and personal development through a variety of self-directed activities as mentor team participants.

The ISMP includes staff from the Vice Chancellor’s Office for Infrastructure and Sustainability as well as staff from the Office of Integrity, Safety and Compliance—a list that includes the CU Boulder Police Department; Environmental Health and Safety; Planning, Design and Construction; Facilities Operations and Services; and Real Estate Services. Several participants this year also came from departments outside the Infrastructure and SustainabilityÌýorganization, including a group of staff from babyÖ±²¥app’s office of the state architect. The program provides numerous opportunities for staff to network with others outside of their immediate work groups.

The 2018–19 edition of the ISMP will begin in September, with the application process starting in August. Questions about the program can be directed to Kelsey Draper by emailing kelsey.p.draper@colorado.edu.
