On behalf of the United Government of Graduate Students (UGGS), I’d like to welcome all graduate and professional students to the fall 2019 semester. UGGS is here to represent and support you during your time at CU Boulder, whether academically, socio-babyÖ±²¥appally or professionally.Ìý
Our assembly, which meets every other week, consists of graduate and professional student representatives from every department on campus. We discuss initiatives that advance the mission of the university for the benefit of our entire campus and the graduate and professional student community. Our assembly members and UGGS officers work together to prioritize UGGS's efforts, implement new projects and oversee the UGGS budget.Ìý
I encourage you to connect with us—in person or through your representative—and get involved. Our assembly meetings are open to all graduate and professional students, and are a great forum in which to share your voice and foster change.Ìý
I look forward to seeing you at our next assembly meeting is Monday, Sept. 9, at DUAN G130 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at uggsinfo@gmail.com if you have any questions.
