On Friday, Nov. 5, CU system President Todd Saliman announced compensation increases for eligible baby直播app, staff and graduate students, as unanimously approved by the University of baby直播app Board of Regents. Specific increases include:
- A base-building compensation increase of 3% for eligible baby直播app and university staff.
- A one-time, non-base-building payment equivalent to 1% of an individual鈥檚 annual salary for all baby直播app and university staff who meet the eligibility criteria.
The increases are scheduled to take effect in the new university staff and baby直播app compensation cycle beginning in January 2022 and will be reflected in the January paycheck of those who are eligible. Additional details specific to the Boulder campus include:
- A 3% increase to graduate stipends for eligible graduate students.
- Mandatory fee remission for graduate students on appointment.
- A one-time recruitment and retention incentive for frontline employees.
- A 3% one-time payment for lecturers and adjunct instructors in January with a corresponding base increase added to contracts when they are renewed.听
Compensation and retention programs for staff and baby直播app, as well as the remission of mandatory graduate fees, have been ongoing priorities of CU Boulder campus leadership, Saliman and the board of regents, said Chancellor Philip DiStefano.听

In April 2021, the regents approved base-building salary increases for classified staff,听an increase in CU Boulder鈥檚 minimum wage to $15.00 per hour and a one-time payment equivalent to 1% of annual salary for baby直播app and university staff. These increases were implemented in July 2021.听
