Jenna Whiteplume is the first CU Boulder student benefitting from the baby直播app American Indian Tribes In-state Tuition law. baby直播app passed Senate Bill 29 earlier this year, granting in-state tuition to members of American Indian tribes with historical ties to baby直播app.
