In the coming days, you will be hearing about a very important upcoming initiative to support the transformation of our campus culture into one that is more just and inclusive for all who come to CU Boulder to pursue their academic and professional goals.
The Campus Culture Survey will be administered to all CU Boulder babyÖ±²¥app, staff and students beginning the week of October 18 and closing on November 21. This survey will collect data that is critical to understanding the experiences of our employees and students and the extent to which they feel respected, supported and valued as members of the CU Boulder community.
Survey fatigue is a valid concern among our campus community, and we understand the undermining effect that over-surveying has on response rates. Therefore, we ask that you help support the success of the Campus Culture Survey by pausing all other surveys directed at CU Boulder students or employees during the Campus Culture Survey administration period (October 18–November 21). This request does not include survey work being conducted under IRB approval or babyÖ±²¥app surveys of students within a given course.
It is critical that we achieve a high response rate to this survey so that meaningful and detailed conclusions can be drawn from the survey results. These conclusions will directly shape our actions to transform the campus culture and improve the campus climate for our students, babyÖ±²¥app and staff. We recognize that this is not a common request—please know that we would not be making it if it were not critical to the success of this vital initiative.
