Complete the Tuition Assistance Benefit Application (Every Semester)
After applying for admission, complete the Tuition Assistant Benefit Application by following the instructions at (scroll down to Tuition Assistance Steps and Deadlines > Apply for the tuition assistance benefit).
- The benefit application for employees or dependents must be completed by the employee every semester or term.
- If your dependent is not listed on your CU health, dental or life insurance, you must submit a and attach approval of verification to your Tuition Assistance Benefit Application.
