The Global Engineering Residential Academic Program (RAP)

RAPsÌıare elective programs in which students live together in a residence hall, share common academic interests, participate in specially tailored, small first-year classes, have unique access to babyÖ±²¥app, and engage in co-curricular and social activities.

In the Global Engineering RAP you will:Ìı

  • Students holding up paintings they did of the mountainsLive on the same floor of Williams Village North in a community of peers with whom you can explore, discuss and apply the concepts of Global Engineering.
  • Learn about the growing field of Global Engineering & Resilience as a career path and as an area of personal development.
  • Have direct interaction with babyÖ±²¥app, staff, and graduate and undergraduate students who are engaging in Global Engineering & Resilience research, policy and practice, including small-group mentorship by a current graduate student.Ìı
  • Have priority enrollment in Global Engineering sections of the First-Year Engineering Projects CourseÌıand the Fall First-Year Course, and unlock a fast track to the Global Engineering Minor.
  • BuildÌıconnections with international experts outside of CU Boulder, drawing on the experience of alumni, international research partners and organizations based in the greater Denver area.Ìı
