For the 2015 spring commencement, journalism听alumna听Kelly Graziadei ('97), Facebook's director of global marketing solutions, spoke candidly to graduates about embracing their fears to accomplish their dreams.
"It鈥檚 normal that we all have fears,听that we fear failing or not doing or being enough," Graziadei told students. "But you can鈥檛 give those fears the power to keep you from thinking big and taking action."听

Kelly Graziadei听('97) has almost 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. At Facebook, she manages North American sales and account management teams that help top clients and partners leverage Facebook's platform to meet their objectives.
Prior to joining Facebook in 2010, she served in marketing roles at Yahoo, 90octane, Alta Vista and SBC/AT&T. She is a graduate of JMC鈥檚 advertising program.
