- What stage equipment will you need (microphones, stands, monitors, etc.)?
- Event poster (If you don't have a poster, we're happy to design one for a $50.00 fee. Printing costs may include an additional fee.)
We have revenue sharingÌýandÌýflat rental agreements.ÌýContact usÌýto chat more about the details and to provide the info listed above.
All concert datesÌýmust beÌýnegoitated and finalizedÌýat leastÌý6-8Ìýweeks in advance, so we can make arrangements to staff your concert and obtain any necessary permits. And, your bandÌýmust agree to attend a 1.5 hour sound-check/rehearsalÌýon or preferably, before your performance date.

- Cometary package is a stellar steal for up to 20 people. It includes a party room for 1 hour, plus guests can attend a previously scheduled public show at a discounted rate.
- Lunar package absolutely rocks and is great for up to 20 people with a party room for 1 hour, plus a private fulldome film or laser show of your choice.
- Planetary package is the best deal in the solar system for up to 20 people with a party room for 1 hour, a private fulldome film or laser show of your choice, and a telescope making party activity.
- Galaxy package is pure celestial magic for up to 50 people in the expansive, fun-filled lobby area for 2 hours, a telescope making party activity, a private fulldome film or laser show of your choice, and a 30 minute flight through the universe.
- We also offer a custom multiverse package for up to 100 people! The possibilities are infinite.

Things to know
In order to ensure that our rental process, pricing and agreed-uponÌýservices are transparent and clear to all parties, please familiarize yourself with the following prior to beginning the rental process. Fiske reserves the right to establish conditions and restrictions beyond those presented here when necessary.
If the group is affiliated with the University of babyÖ±²¥app, payment must be made in advance by an I.N. or ACARD. If the group is not sponsored by the University of babyÖ±²¥app, they must deposit 1/3 of the rental fee at least 2 weeks before the scheduled event, and the remaining is due upon conclusion of the rental. If the group cancels without 2 weeks' notice, Fiske will retain the deposit in lieu of revenues lost.
The producing group agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of any equipment or material lost or damaged during the time they are using the facility. The renter will be responsible forÌýlitigation arising from copyright violation, or injury to the staff, participants or attendees. The renter is required to obtain liability insurance. Insurance may be waived only with the approval of University Risk Management.
The capacity of the theater is 200Ìýseated people and one or more operators. No one will be allowed in the aisles during any performance, by order the Fire Marshall. Food and drink are allowed in the lobby area only. If the lobby is used either for a reception or dinner, the renter will be held responsible for additional charges to clean the lobby if necessary.
