- Undergraduate Students do not need to be put on short work break.
- Your HRSC coordinator聽has performed clean-up transactions in聽HCM- AY Graduate Students聽should already be terminated in the system.聽
- Eligible Lecturers who wish to keep their benefits over the summer must request to be put on Short Work Break (SWB). In order to keep benefits, at least 50% of time must be put on SWB. A spreadsheet and聽instructions will be sent out shortly from your coordinator on how to proceed.
