Learning Journey 1: Establishing your foundation as a supervisorÂ
An important requirement for supervisors is the need to successfully transition from getting results as an individual to getting results with and through people. Additionally, supervisors will become familiar with the philosophy, expectations, processes and practices of supervision on the CU Boulder campus. These courses will provide ongoing, relevant, timely, and high-quality skill building for supervisors.
