Dear colleagues,
I am writing to share a few details about game day operations and campus impacts for the Thursday, Aug. 29, football game against North Dakota State. CU Boulder Today has posted a story with information about building access near the stadium, impacts to parking, and other information. I encourage you to share that link with your teams, as all academic buildings will be locked and require Buff OneCard access for entry on that day.
Classes will not be canceled because of the football game. The Earth Sciences and Map Library will close at 2 p.m. due to restricted building access. All other university libraries, including Norlin Library, will . For classes normally held in the stadium that begin or end at 2 p.m. or after, the registrar鈥檚 office has coordinated with departments to secure alternate locations for those classes on Aug. 29.
Academic Affairs will be sending information about game day impacts directly to students and instructors who have Thursday afternoon classes in buildings adjacent to Buff Plaza (Gold, Porter, Muenzinger and Carlson), as they will not be able to access those buildings via the plaza after 2 p.m.
