We were pleased to share last week's first four Quick Wins of the HR Blueprint Project at the HR Liaison听meeting.听Many of the Quick Wins were developed in response to your direct feedback about areas of opportunity; thank you to those who contributed to these efforts. These are just the beginning of the improvements we will deliver throughout Horizon 1.听
As we shared, we released four Quick Wins this month, including:听
1.听 HCM Standard Reports: 听
- Personnel Roster Report has added Pay Group.听
- Demographic Information Report has added Employee Class.听
- Additional improvements will be released across other reports on a rolling monthly basis.听
- Training will be offered in the future.
2.听 HRL Quick Reference Guide: This guide provides the most common resources you might need as an HR Liaison. You can access it on the HR Liaisons page on the HR Website.听
3.听 Avature Access: This one-page reference guide provides key information on Avature access, reporting, resources, and support. It can be accessed on the HR Blueprint website or the Hiring tab of the HR website.听
4.听 HR Meeting Changes: Beginning in August, the HR Liaisons Meeting will be renamed the Full HR Meeting and will include all HR employees to support timely information sharing and a cohesive HR culture.听听
