baby直播app the University Perspective Program听
Since 1987, the University Perspective program听has developed and deepened the leadership capacity of staff on the University of baby直播app Boulder campus. Participants gain firsthand knowledge of the university through meetings with senior leaders on the Boulder campus and each of the other three campuses in the CU System and the CU System Office. The program is sponsored by Organizational and Employee Development (OED) in the Department of Human Resources. Applications are being accepted for the 2024 鈥� 2025 program.听
Program Information听
- Duration:听The University Perspective program is a nine-month program that runs from September 2024 through May 2025.听
- Format:听We听anticipate听a mostly in person program with a few听virtual events,鈥痓ased on program听presenters'听preference and availability.听
- Schedule:听The鈥痵chedule of topics鈥痠s posted on the鈥�UP program听page. 听You can plan on spending 4-8 hours per month听participating听in program activities and meetings from September through May. 鈥�
How to鈥疉pply听
- Completed applications must be received by Human Resources by Sunday, June 23听at 11:45 p.m.听The鈥�鈥痠s a听Microsoft听form. No听additional听letters or documentation besides the application听are听required听or accepted.听
- Applications will be听reviewed,听and final selections made by the applicant鈥檚 Division leadership.听The University Perspective program manager will notify applicants of their status in mid-August, before the start of the fall semester.听
What We Require听
- Be a staff member at CU Boulder听
- Have support of immediate supervisor to听participate听in the program听
- Be able to fully听participate听in all program sessions (estimated to be a time commitment of 4 to 8 hours per month from September 2024 through May 2025)听
What We Would Like You to Have听
Ideal candidates for this program听possess听one or more of these characteristics:听
- Current and emerging leaders who are advancing in their careers and who intend to continue to work in higher education, specifically at CU Boulder听
- Mid-level managers who have come to the university from outside higher education听
- Experienced professionals prepared to learn about and appreciate how the university functions as a complex organization, and how their role relates to and contributes to the organization听
