Summer Cleanup
- Why are cleanups important?Ìý
- Terminating outdated appointments keeps the official employment record, Human Capital Management, up to date.
- Reviewing rosters can reveal appointments with erroneous, expired end dates. These end dates can negatively impact system access and benefits.
- What is the cleanup process?
- We recognize that some HRLs prefer to pull personnel rosters themselves. If you would like rosters to be sent to you, please request them atÌýHRSC@colorado.edu.Ìý
- The HRSC will soon begin terminating expired temporary babyÖ±²¥app and graduate student contract appointments. If you have any concerns or do not want someone terminated, please contactÌýHRSC@colorado.eduÌýby EOB Friday, October 18, 2024.
- If you have additional appointments that need terminations, such as student hourly assistants, please submit those requests toÌýHRSC@colorado.edu.Ìý
Fall Department Meetings
- If, during the annual HRSC survey in spring 2024, you requested a fall meeting with the HRSC, you should soon receive an email from your coordinator containing their meeting availability. They will reach out to you by EOB Thursday, October 31, 2024.
- If you don’t hear from your coordinator by October 31, 2024, and you want a department touch-base meeting, please send a request toÌýHRSC@colorado.edu.Ìý
