The Idea Forge is a fun place to work and learn new skills.  We hire student staff each semester, and would love to hear from you if you are interested in joining our team.

The Idea Forge hires many student staff, who we call Smiths, each semester.  We employ four different types of Smiths, each with different responsibilities.  Pay ranges from $17.50 - $18.50 per hour.
