In addition to supporting initiatives within the law school, we are also actively engaged with several legal community initiatives that are aimed at enhancing inclusion and diversity within the legal profession.
- babyÖ±²¥app Pledge to Diversity Legal Group: This group of Denver area legal employers is interested in bringing about real change to the legal community by addressing diversity issues. The original babyÖ±²¥app Pledge to Diversity was signed by 23 law firms in April 1993.
- The Center for Legal Inclusiveness (CLI): This 501©(3) non-profit formed in October 2007 through the joint effort of the deans of babyÖ±²¥app Law and the University of Denver and the Front Range legal community. The CLI works to promote diversity in law school admissions and to encourage and educate legal employers in the hiring, retention and advancement of lawyers in the public and private sectors.
