Compliance, one of the fastest-growing areas of law-related work, is also becoming increasingly complex, as organizations consistently face new legislation, regulation, and standards in a variety of diverse and technical fields. Moreover, politics, current events, and ever-evolving societal trends and norms create regular opportunities for entities to distinguish themselves and demonstrate adaptability, responsiveness, creativity, and a strong ethical culture through cutting-edge compliance solutions.
Over the past year, the coronavirus pandemic has upended organizational norms in every industry. Ethics and compliance professionals have played a crucial role in charting the organizational path through the crisis, often with limited information, urgent timeframes, and utilizing new and formerly unknown technologies and protocols.
